We have good experience working within the residential and commercial clearance spaces . The owner has spent the best part of the last decade running a small removals and waste clearance operation within the larger Wokingham area. Houses, flats, garages, sheds, lofts cleared of countless tonnes of furniture and posessions and we have a good handle on clearance timelines, waste disposal and recycling and managing costs effectively.

We sell antiques and collectables commercially ourselves via 2 antique centres  in Berkshire & Hampshire. We are always on the lookout for good quality antique, retro and mid century furniture as well as collectables. As part of a house or flat clearance process we also help our clients and executors to maximise in a charitable and/or financial way for the disposal of unwanted furnture and chattels. Its always good to give and we can help you with this.

Unlike some competitors we do not always need multi day projects emptying houses of full posessions as enjoyable as that can be. Most of our projects are indeed part clearances after a change of circumstance, bereavement or perhaps a downsizing move.
